Tungurahua, (; from Quichua ''tunguri'' (throat), ''rahua'' (fire): "Throat of Fire" or from Panzaleo) is an active stratovolcano located in the Cordillera Oriental of Ecuador. The volcano gives its name to the province of Tungurahua.
